Shipping times and rates
Our products are sent directly from the factory located in Manresa (Barcelona, Spain). Shipments are made to the most EU countries.
All shipments are made through Envialia courier company. Door to door delivery.
Shipments to Spain (Peninsula): Deliveries in 24 / 72h. The shipping cost is free for orders equal to or greater than € 125. For orders below € 125, the cost is € 3.95 (VAT included).
Shipments to Spain (Balearic Islands): Deliveries from 3 to 5 days. The shipping cost is € 8 (VAT included).
We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Shipments to Germany and Italy: Deliveries take 3 to 5 days. The shipping cost is € 17.41 (VAT included).
Shipments to Belgium and Luxembourg: Deliveries take 3 to 5 days. The shipping cost is € 20.27 (VAT included).
Shipments to Austria / Bulgaria / Czech Republic / Croatia / Denmark / Slovakia / Slovenia / Estonia / Finland / Greece / Hungary / Latvia / Poland / Romania: Deliveries from 4 to 6 days. The shipping cost is € 24.57 (VAT included).
Shipments to Norway and Sweden: Deliveries take 5 to 7 days. The shipping cost is € 67.57 (VAT included).
You can pay for your purchases through the following means:
1. Paypal: You can make the payment by bank card, or directly from your PayPal account, if you have one.
2. Cash on delivery: The product is sent to the address provided and is charged at the time of delivery through the corresponding courier company. This payment system has an additional cost of € 3. Only available for Spain.
3. Credit or debit card: Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Euro 6000, Spanish Master and JCB.
Once the product has been selected and when you are ready to process the purchase request, a new page of the bank is opened protected by an encryption system that guarantees maximum security in the purchase process. On this page you will be asked to enter your information to make the payment (card number, Expiration date, Security code). Your card information and password are protected by this security system from the moment of its introduction.
Once the identification is completed, the bank informs Eva Professional S.L that the card holder is making the purchase, so that the card can complete the process. If the identification has not been satisfactory, the Issuer communicates it to Eva Professional S.L to proceed accordingly.
This window is beyond the control of Eva Professional S.L, being the responsibility of the banking entity. Eva Professional exempts itself from any incident that may arise with it, and must contact said entity if it is faced with this situation.
4. Account deposit: Once the order is placed, an email is sent with the steps to follow to make the payment through account deposit or transfer.
