Return and exchange policy
Cancellation of an order:
The customer has the right to cancel any order made to Eva Professional S.L. and receive a refund of your money, provided that the cancellation is made on the same day that the order was placed, and that it has not been processed. In this case, the total amount of your order will be returned.
In the event that the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer must wait to receive the merchandise and then return the order. In this case the shipping costs, both receipt and return, will be borne by the customer. Once confirmed that the product is sealed and has not been used, the amount of said product will be immediately reimbursed to the customer.

Return or exchange of a product:
The nature of Eva Prodfessional S.L. It implies that the return is not possible provided that the product has been used by the customer, except in cases where it is a defective product.
If an error has occurred at the time of purchase, you are not completely satisfied or simply prefer another product, return the product in the original conditions (wrappers, boxes, etc.) in perfect condition and within 7 days after reception. We will proceed to the refund of the purchase amount once the shipping costs have been subtracted. The expenses generated by the return will be borne by the customer.

If the cause of the return is that a product is wrong or defective, contact us indicating the order number, product details and the reason for return. The return costs in case of error or defect in the product will be borne by Eva Professional S.L.
The faults, losses, breaks or damages produced during the transport of the merchandise must be recorded on the delivery note of the carrier or in its absence, also notify it by email to the address contact@evaprofessional.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from The reception of the merchandise. The claim must have photographic material that justifies the damage caused.
In this case, Eva Professional S.L. will be responsible for the expenses of the new shipment, the cost of the new product and the expenses generated by the collection of the defective product.
